These terms describe the use of www.moderntattooing.com and Inception Studios LLC's website inquiry and business messaging services. They do not replace the separate consultation, consent, aftercare, payment, or other service terms presented in connection with an actual appointment.

 

Website information and inquiries

 

Our website presents information about our studio, artists, artwork, and services. We work to keep information accurate, but content, availability, and services can change. Please contact us if something appears incorrect or if you need current details.

 

Submitting a form, sending a message, receiving an automated response, or discussing a possible date does not by itself confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed when the studio or your artist expressly confirms it. Any preliminary estimate depends on the agreed design, size, placement, artist, and other relevant details. Confirm final arrangements directly with the studio or artist before relying on them.

 

Any applicable deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, payment, or gift-card terms will be provided separately in connection with the relevant service or transaction. These website terms do not create a new refund, deposit, or cancellation policy.

 

Age and tattoo consent

 

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo in Minnesota. Valid identification and the required service consent are necessary before a procedure. Browsing this site or exchanging messages is not a substitute for those requirements and does not establish that a procedure is appropriate for you.

 

AI-assisted and other business messaging

 

Where enabled, an automated assistant may help answer routine questions or assist with an inquiry. Automated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Ask the studio to confirm important information, including pricing, availability, appointment details, and whether a requested service can be provided.

Do not send identification documents, medical details, full payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive information through an AI conversation.

 

Messaging through Google or another provider is also subject to that provider's applicable terms. Availability can depend on the provider, device, and mobile network. Your carrier's message or data charges may apply.

 

Google RCS business messaging requires authorization for Google's processing of messaging information under the RCS for Business terms, including delivery, service protection, and spam-prevention processing. Please review those practices and our Privacy Policy before using that channel. You can instead contact us by phone or email. These terms do not replace any separate affirmative consent required by law.

 

In Google Business Profile messaging, you can send STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages. Starting a new conversation by sending another message can reopen messaging. For other contact channels, ask us directly to stop follow-up or use a different contact method.

 

Health information

 

Website content and general messaging are informational and are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Discuss relevant health considerations through the studio's designated consultation and consent process. Requesting information or receiving tattoo services does not sign you up for promotional texts or emails. Any future optional marketing program will have a separate sign-up choice and an easy way to opt out.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not waive claims for unlawful conduct or replace legally required informed consent.
